It is our goal to ensure that every purchase made with us meets your expectations. If for any reason you find a need to return your purchase, please follow our return instructions below. We offer two options to make your return experience as simple as possible.

  1. For your convenience, we offer a prepaid return label at which the shipping cost for return will be the responsibility of the customer.   Our pricing structure for your return which will be deducted from your refund as follows:
    $0.00 - $19.99 = $4.95
    $20.00 - $59.99 = $6.95
    $60.00 - $89.99 = 9.99
    $90.00 - $149.99 = $14.99
    $150.00 and over = $24.99

  2. At your own expense, you may return your unwanted merchandise for a full refund to the address below:

(Please notify us in advance of your return and include your packing slip and/or order number to insure proper refund is made to your account) Contact along with your purchase order number.

  • You may return your item within 30 days of the shipment date for refund.  Items returned for refund must be in original packaging, in new/unused condition with labels and hang tags still intact.  Note:  Missing packaging, missing hang tags, items deemed slightly used may be subject to a 50% reduction of the purchase price. (locks, luggage straps, scales, and any merchandise in a blister package cannot be returned once opened).
  • Once an order has been placed on the truck for shipment, we are not able to cancel your order.  Please notify us right away of cancellation inquiries so that we may cancel the order prior to processing. 
  • If a shipment has been returned to sender due to incorrect delivery information by the buyer or failure to receive/pick up shipment, all additional costs for non-delivery will be deducted from your return. If the delivery service confirms delivery and costs have been incurred, the customer is responsible for all costs and charges.
  • Any expedited shipping costs purchased by the buyer will be non-refundable for returned items.
  • Any used/damaged/defective/ merchandise returned to our facility will not be refunded. Note:  If an item has arrived damaged/defective, the buyer must notify us immediately for further assistance.
  • We do not handle warranty claims and ask that the buyer notify the manufacturer of any concern related to their product.  Orders placed more than 30 days beyond the shipment date should be addressed with the manufacturer directly.  You will find the manufacturer’ s warranty and contact information on the hang tag attached to your merchandise.
  • We do not exchange items but rather ask that you return your unwanted item and place a new order for the piece(s) you are interested in. 
  • The free return offer is not available on items being returned from outside the contiguous United States or bulk orders where a restocking fee may be applied by the manufacturer.
  • Luggagedesigners does not accept returns on personalized merchandise.
  • No returns allowed by law on pet carriers once opened. Any workmanship claims must be made to the manufacturer.
  • Delivery services use GPS to confirm delivery. If a delivery service confirms delivery by GPS to an address we consider this as a delivered item and the transaction is complete.
